We had a great fifth meeting with a turnout of 31 people, 10 of which were guests! Special thanks goes to all who helped present topics and provide equipment.

LUG News/Topics

  1. Not much new to report, been busy putting my office back together after a fire broke out in early April.

  2. The Install-Fest was more or less a disastor, but these things happen. We still need suggestions on were to hold said fest, so any suggestions can please be passed along to us.

  3. Our next meeting (May 12th) is the last scheduled at the University. Everyone expressed interest in continuing to use the Univserity of Toledo as our meeting area, so we will look into getting permission to continue to hold them there.

  4. Concern was also brought up about summer meetings. While a good portion of our members are students, it was decided to continue meetings throughout the summer as to not lose momentum.

  5. And as always, we are still looking for people who might want to lead the LUG. I don't mind doing most of the organizational stuff, but a chairperson would be nice to have...heck, I'd even settle for someone just to arange topics and presentations between meetings.
