Other Info
The topic for the December meeting is Inkscape. I don't have any presentation slides, and so this one will be a more hands-on approach and a little improvising. It'll just be a beginning tutorial on how to navigate the Inkscape interface and use some of Inkscape's features. Please bear with me. :)
We will be finishing up the PGP key-signing party. If you'd like to participate, please e-mail your key details to officers[at]talug.org, or you may use the contact form on this site. A list of keys for all those participating will be handed out at the meeting.
Your key details should include the following:
- Your name (first and last)
- A valid e-mail address associated with your key
- Public key ID
- Key fingerprint
If you will be participating in the key signing, please bring a photo ID, so we can verify your identity.
If you need help creating a key, please contact us and let us know.
The library provides free wifi access, and as usual, Linux distribution CDs will be provided free of charge. We can also install a *nix distribution onto your own USB stick (1 GB+), provided you have one.
Hope to see you there!

Thanks to everyone who showed up so close to Christmas. I wasn't expecting this big of a turnout. :) Thanks also to everyone for not throwing rotten tomatoes at me during the presentation.
