	Recruiting new members (Making flyers and distributing them)
	Scheduling rooms
	Finding speakers and topics
	Taking notes at meetings and updating the website w/ them
	Taking attendance (managing the list of official members)
	Defining direction for the lug outside of the regular activities
	Collecting donations
	Managing the TALUG treasury
	Burn CDs 
	Announce meetings
	Traditional roles ( will be decided later ) ( 7 members willing to serve )
	Elections / Democracy

	Who may vote: members (as defined below see “official member”)

	official member: someone who attends 3 meetings a year or participates on mailing list or pays annual dues

	How should TALUG be organized?
	Constitution (loose, short, and simple)
