  • starts charging $20 annual subscriptions for beta versions (you get to pay to be his beta tester – how nice)
  • Free Software Foundation gives him the OK to proceed
  • It's GPLed, yet he purposefully tags downloads to prevent redistribution!
  • Threatens those who have PAID for his GPLed software not to redistribute, even though the GPL grants them EXACTLY that right!
